We have paid laundry service and dry cleaning available to our guests with a typical turnaround time of 24 hours. Laundry from our service can be returned either folded or on hangers. Irons and ironing boards are available in all guest rooms. Please see our front desk to inquire about our laundry services.

Major credit or debit cards are accepted for room deposits.
If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. OUTRIGGER is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
A compulsory dinner will held on Christmas Eve (24th December) and New Year’s Eve (31st December). Costs will include Food & Entertainment and are inclusive of VAT. Please note vegetarian options are available and other dietary requirements can be catered for.

Low and Shoulder Season:
Cancellation received 3 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax.

High Season:
Cancellation received 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax.
Cancellation received 1 day or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total booking value.

Peak Season:
Cancellation received 30 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 1 night room rate plus tax.
Cancellation received 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of total booking value.

Full pre-payment of room and tax for entire stay required within 24 hours of booking through payment link. Reservation is not guaranteed without a full pre-payment and will be automatically cancelled from the system. No refunds for cancellations and/or modifications.
