Our pool is located on the Lobby level. It's open to registered guests only. Hour of operation are 8 am to 10 pm.
There is no lifeguard on duty. Towels are provided with your room key. Chairs and biminis are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Yes- there is Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas. If you are waiting to get checked in, please ask the Front Desk for the Wi-Fi password. You will have Wi-Fi access once you are checked in.
We currently do not have a spa available on property but our conceirge can provide a recommendation upon request.

We will review your lost item report and send you an email/text with an update. If your item has been found, the message will provide instructions for getting it back. If your item hasn't been found yet, we will keep your report active and contact you again if it is.
We offer valet parking at 55 USD per 24-hours. 28 USD with valid local resident ID and 27 USD with valid military ID for military-related bookings.
This includes unlimited in/out privileges but limited availability.
English is our main language, but depending on availability (day/time) there might be some staff who are able to speak Tagalog, Ilocano, Chinese, Japanese.
Our resort fee is 40 USD plus tax per day, per room.

There are various shuttle services that offer door-to-door services between the airport terminals and the hotel

If you request an Uber/Lyft from the airport, it can take you 25 minutes to an hour depending on the time of your arrival/departure."
Two hours if it's a domestic flight, Three hours if it’s international. The drive to the airport can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-hour as it depends on the time of day. If you need additional guidance, please feel free to stop by the front desk or bell desk when you are here.

Take Nimitz Hwy heading eastbound from the airport.
Nimitz Hwy then turns into Ala Moana Boulevard.
Ala Moana Boulevard ends at Kalakaua Avenue.
Take a right onto Kalakaua Avenue.
Proceed along Kalakaua Avenue, pass Seaside Avenue and prepare to turn left into Duke's Lane.
Macy's is located on the ground floor and the Royal Hawaiian Center is located across the street.

The beach is located across the street from the hotel. You can walk across the street towards the OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel, you'll see a number of surfboards lined up. This leads to the beach and is a less than 5 minute walk.
If guests stop by the beachfront outside OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort, they can stop by the Aqualani Beach and Ocean Recreation desk. They can book surfing, paddle boarding, etc.
Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax, 10.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax and and 3% County Transient Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.
Applies to dates of arrival January 5 - December 23: A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night room rate plus taxes.
Applies to dates of arrival December 24 – January 1 inclusive: A reservation must be cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of full payment of room and tax charges for entire length of original booking.

If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. OUTRIGGER is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.
