All major credit cards are accepted.  Please have your credit card ready when scheduling an appointment. 
Convenience fee charged for services later than 10 pm.
A 17% service charge will be added. Additional gratuity for excellent service is welcome.
Gift certificates are available.

Cancellation Policy: 
An appointment must be cancelled 24 hours or more in advance to avoid a cancellation charge.  
100% of the total fee for services will be charged if a cancellation is within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

Massage Etiquette: 
Massage is a healing art.  Please be respectful of our massage therapists and refrain from inappropriate advances or gestures.
Spa guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Individuals with special needs must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times.
Please keep valuables in your room safe.  Infinity Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen property.
Please avoid alcohol consumption prior to your treatment.
No photography or video allowed. 
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
