How to book a room at OUTRIGGER Resorts & Hotels

1. Bookings can be made no earlier than 45 days prior to arrival date. 
2. A maximum of 2 rooms per booking are allowed at the EMEE or RELA rates.
3. Use the booking tool at the top of this page to enter the appropriate promo code as follows
   - Enter promo code EMEE for Host Rates* then click Check Availability to continue booking or click here
   - Or enter promo code RELA for Friends & Family Rates** then click Check Availability to continue booking or click here
4. Employees may book EMEE or RELA.
5. Friends and family traveling without a host may book RELA only.
6. If EMEE and RELA rates are not available for your travel dates, the Daily Rate will be offered.
7. Complete the booking on the website and print out a copy of your reservation confirmation.
8. Complete the OUTRIGGER Host Reservation Authorization form and obtain approval from your Human Resources department or Executive Office.
9. At check-in, eligible hosts, immediate family members, extended family members and friends will need to present signed authorization form and hotel reservation confirmation.
10. EMEE  and RELA rates will NOT be honored without signed authorization form. 

How to book a room at a partner GHA DISCOVERY property

GHA DISCOVERY Staff Rate
Offered at 50% off the best available rates.

All staff/associates working for a GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel are entitled to stay in any GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel that offers the special rate. Rates are set by the Head Office of each GHA DISCOVERY Brand normally offers at 50% off BAR.

Please note: some hotels may require that this Employment Confirmation Letter is presented upon or before check-in.

GHA DISCOVERY Family & Friends Rate
Offered at 25% off the best available rates.

Any friend or relative of a staff/associate working for a GHA DISCOVERY Partner Hotel can stay at this special rate. This rate does not require any employee confirmation letter.

How to book a room at Embassy Suites - Waikiki Beach Walk®

1. Host Rates and Friends & Family Rates are available at Embassy Suites – Waikiki Beach Walk
2. Host Rates are available to employees and accompanying immediate family (spouse and/or dependent children under 21 years)
3. Friends & Family Rates are available to other family members and friends
4. If Friends & Family Rates are not available for your travel dates, Best Available Rates will be offered.
5. Bookings can be made no earlier than 30 days prior to arrival date
6. Bookings are accepted via fax only. Click for the fax reservation form.
7. Complete the form including department head signature and fax to 808-931-3530
8. The form will be faxed back to you with a reservation confirmation number and hotel general manager's signature

*Rules for Employee Rates (EMEE)
Employees and their families may book up to:
- A maximum of 2 rooms and 7 days per stay is allowed
- Rates and rooms are based on availability, do not include applicable taxes and fees, and are subject to change without notice
