    Resort Questions

    Check in is at 3 pm and check out is at 11 am.

    The pool is open from 8 am - 8 pm

    There are no lifeguards on duty. Towels are available but must present room key. Chairs and biminis are available on a first come, first serve basis.

    Our resort fee is 45 USD plus tax per day, per room. This charge will be added at checkout. A few of the many inclusions are: WiFi up to four devices per room, In room coffee and tea, local and international phone calls up to 60-minutes daily, recyclable water bottles and an Outrigger logo tote bag.

    Yes. There are 3 ATMS located on property. We have one in the lobby by the security desk, and two located in the lower lobby by the D elevator.

    Yes, please see our front desk to inquire about our laundry services. Self-serve coin laundry is also available on the ground level next to Pai's and on the way to the pool for your convenience.

    We will review your lost item report and send you an email/text with an update. If your item has been found, the message will provide instructions for getting it back. If your item hasn't been found yet, we will keep your report active and contact you again if it is.

    Parking on property is based on availability and is valet only at $50/night with in and out privileges.

    No oversized vehicles can be accommodated on the facility. Parking for these types of vehicles will need to be outside of the resort and is the responsibility of the guest

    Cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, China Union Pay, OUTRIGGER gift certificate, GHA Discovery Dollars and checks are accepted at the Front Desk for room charges.

    Yes - there is Wi-fi in all rooms and common areas. If you are waiting to get checked in, please ask the Front Desk for the Wifi password. You will have Wifi access once you are checked in.

    Travel Questions

    If you would like to book a shuttle from the airport, you can make advanced reservations through Speedishuttle. You can book a one-way or round-trip ticket for a fee.

    If you request an Uber/Lyft from the airport, it can take you 25 minutes to an hour depending on the time of your arrival/departure.

    Two hours if it's a domestic flight, Three hours if it’s international. The drive to the airport can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1-hour as it depends on the time of day. If you need additional guidance, please feel free to stop by the front desk or bell desk when you are here.

    There are various shuttle services that offer door-to-door services between the airport terminals and the resort

    OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort is a beachfront property. You are just steps away from the beach and if you go to the pool area, you will see the beach from there.

    If guests stop by the beachfront outside OUTRIGGER Waikiki Beach Resort, they can stop by the Aqualani Beach and Ocean Recreation desk to book surfing, paddle boarding and more.

    From airport arrival terminal exit toward WAIKIKI/HONOLULU.

    Go up the ramp and stay to RIGHT going east toward WAIKIKI/HONOLULU for 1 mile/1.61 km to H1 Freeway.

    Merge onto H1 east. Get into LEFT lane and continue on H1 east for 0.8 miles/1.29 km going toward HONOLULU.

    Freeway will begin to veer to the LEFT. Take exit 23 to PUNAHOU ST and get into RIGHT lane, turning RIGHT onto PUNAHOU ST.

    NOTE: Kapiolani Women and Children's Hospital STRAIGHT ahead.

    Go south on PUNAHOU ST for one block (0.07 miles/0.11 km).

    Turn RIGHT onto SOUTH BERETANIA ST and travel for one block (0.06 miles/0.09 km).
    Get into LEFT lane and make LEFT at first traffic signal onto KALAKAUA AVE. Continue on KALAKAUA AVE.
    Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort is on the RIGHT.

     

    Reservation Questions

    Room rates do not include 4.712% Hawaii State General Excise Tax, 10.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax and and 3% County Transient Tax. Taxes will be added to total charges at check-out. Tax rates are subject to change without notice and any increases will be passed on to the guest.

    Applies to dates of arrival January 5 - December 23: A reservation must be cancelled 3 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of 1 night room rate plus taxes.
    Applies to dates of arrival December 24 – January 1 inclusive: A reservation must be cancelled 45 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of full payment of room and tax charges for entire length of original booking.

    Major credit or debit cards are accepted for room deposits.

    If a guest chooses to secure a reservation or place a room deposit upon check-in with a debit card/credit card, the financial institution that issued the card will typically place a hold on funds equal to the total cost of the guest’s entire itinerary including room, tax, mandatory cleaning charge, and other related expenses. The financial institution’s policies and practices govern the manner and timing of the release of any hold on funds. OUTRIGGER is also not responsible for any overdraft charges or other fees that may result from the financial institution’s policies and practices.

    A reservation is guaranteed with a valid credit or debit card. Major credit and debit cards are accepted.

    Applies to dates of arrival January 5 - December 23: A reservation must be cancelled 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of full payment of room and tax charges for entire length of stay.
    Applies to dates of arrival December 24 - January 1 inclusive: A reservation must be cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation charge of full payment of room and tax charges for entire length of stay.
