HOST: Diversity + Equity + Inclusion
We prioritize providing training and mentorship opportunities to foster growth and leadership among female and individuals from a wide array of ethnic backgrounds. We also conduct pay-parity analysis to ensure fair compensation for all employees and conduct audits to support women and minority-owned businesses. Our OutriggerCARES program also offers financial assistance to our hosts during times of need.
GUEST: Authentic Experiences; Human Dignity; Safety and Security
In alignment with AHLA’s No Room for Trafficking program, we have are implementing a company-wide training program to prevent it. Additionally, our hosts engage in community volunteering activities, focusing on environmental conservation like beach clean-ups, coral reef planting and removing invasive species through our OUTRIGGER Zone activations.
